​DOUG WINKELSTEIN
Founder
Artistic Director

Doug founded Margate Players in 2003. He is currently working as a school teacher in Egg Harbor Township and he also directs several theater productions for local schools. He holds degrees in teaching and psychology and is also certified with his masters degree in school administration with a principal and supervisor certificate and is currently pursuing that advancement in his career.

​GINA LYN LISCIO

Gina has been working with Margate Players since it was founded in 2003. She is currently working as a sub in the percussion section of the orchestra on Broadway for such shows as Anything Goes, The Drowsy Chaperone, Promises, Promises, and more. She has her degree in music and also directs theater productions and runs summer programs for local schools.

Debbie has been working with Margate Players since it was founded in 2003. She is currently the music teacher and drama director at Eugene Tighe School. She has a degree in music from University of the Arts and works as the musical director at St. Damien's Parish, accompanist for Mainland Choral Society, and is involved with many productions in the area. She and her husband Bobby have two sons, Robert & Matthew.

Ashlei has been working with Margate Players since 2004. She is currently the owner and operator of her own business, Studio Ringo, LLC where she does work in art and design. She has a BA in Art, Theater & Communication and her MBA; and has worked with several theaters, dance companies, and non-profit organizations. She and her husband Matthew have one daughter, Layla Ray.

​SARAH JANE BAKARIC
Choreographer

Sarah is a graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with an Associates of Science Degree in TV and Broadcasting. Professionally, she has danced in several major productions around the U.S. in cities like Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Orlando, San Diego, Syracuse, NYC, and Atlantic City. She has been teaching and choreographing in her mother's footsteps since high school and has loved every moment of it.
